INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING SCRIPT - COURSE 3, MODULE 1: AIVO GEO FOR TEAMS Welcome participants, introductions, set ground rules for interactive training. OPENING SCRIPT: Welcome to AIVO GEO Corporate Training! Over the next two days, your team will develop the skills to implement AI visibility optimization across your organization. This isn't a passive lecture—we'll be doing hands-on workshops, auditing your actual properties, and creating action plans you'll take back to work. Let's start with introductions: name, role, and what you hope to get from this training. • Day 1: Foundation and technical implementation • Day 2: Content strategy, analytics, and team certification AI visibility isn't a one-person job. Here's why: MULTIPLE DATA SOURCES: AI systems pull from: • Marketing: Website content, GBP profiles • IT: Technical implementation, schema • Operations: Hours, services, location data • Sales: Understanding what customers ask If these aren't aligned, AI gets conflicting information. TEAM STRUCTURE FOR SUCCESS: • Strategy Owner: Sets priorities, tracks progress • Content Owner: Creates AI-friendly content • Technical Owner: Implements schema, monitors • Reporting Owner: Tracks metrics, generates reports Question for the group: In your organization, who currently 'owns' each of these areas? Is there overlap or gaps? Distribute workbooks. Guide teams through the assessment exercise. WORKSHOP INSTRUCTIONS: Open to page 3 in your workbook. We're going to assess your organization's current AI visibility readiness. PART 1 (15 min): Rate your organization 1-5 on each factor: • NAP consistency across all properties • Google Business Profile completeness • Schema markup implementation • Content structure and quality • Review management process • Analytics and reporting setup PART 2 (10 min): Identify top 3 priority gaps • What's the biggest quick win? • What requires the most resources? • What's being overlooked? PART 3 (10 min): Table discussion - share findings Let's hear from each table. What patterns emerged? What surprised you? Establish clear processes for: 1. UPDATING BUSINESS INFORMATION When hours change, who updates: • The website? • Google Business Profile? • Other directories? • How quickly? 2. CONTENT APPROVAL Who reviews content for AI-friendliness before publishing? 3. TECHNICAL DEPLOYMENT How do schema changes get implemented and tested? 4. REGULAR OPTIMIZATION Who monitors metrics and flags issues? You now understand the organizational foundation. After the break, we'll dive deep into how AI search systems actually work.
