How the courses work

How a course is built

Each course is made of sections. Each section is made of parts. Each part ends with a short quiz.

You work through it in order. Finish a part, pass its quiz, move to the next one. At the end of a section there is a section test. At the end of the course there is a course test.

It is self-paced. Stop whenever you like and pick it up again when you are ready.

How you pass

• Each part ends with a short quiz. You need 90% to move on.
• Each section ends with a section test. You need 95% to move on.
• The course ends with a course test. You need 100% to finish.
• Every question is multiple choice with 4 answers. One is correct.

Retakes, and what happens if you do not pass

• Part quizzes: retake as often as you like, whenever you like.
• Section tests: you get 3 tries. If none of them reaches 95%, the test pauses for 12 hours. Then you get 3 more.
• That pattern simply repeats. You are never locked out for good, and you never run out of chances.
• During a pause you keep full access to every part and every part quiz in that section, so the wait is study time.
• The course test: retake as often as you like, whenever you like.

Your best score always counts

• We keep your best score, always.
• Pass once and the next stage stays open. It is yours. A later, lower score never takes it back.
• Score 100% and that result is locked in permanently. You can go back and retake it for practice, and your recorded score will not change and cannot drop.

How long you have

• You have 90 days from your purchase to finish the course.
• When you finish, you get a further 90 days to go back over everything.
• Those are two separate 90-day windows. Finishing on day 89 still gives you the full 90 days afterwards.
• Here is why there is a limit at all. This material stays accurate for about a year, and we refresh it once or twice a year. The windows sit inside that, so you are never studying something we know has gone out of date.

The three tests at the end

• One thing to know before you start.
• At the very end, three tests land close together: the last part quiz, then that section test, then the course test.
• It can feel like three exams back to back.
• You do not have to take them in one sitting. Stop after any one of them and come back when you are ready. The course is self-paced.

What you earn

• You earn a Certificate of Completion.
• This is a Certificate of Completion. It is not a licence and it is not a certification. It shows you finished this course and passed its tests. It does not grant any professional credential, and no outside body awards or recognises it.
• Your certificate prints your full name exactly as you type it when you register. Please check it carefully.
