- Course bundles and discounted enrollments
What's Not Refundable
- Corporate training engagements that have already been delivered (live sessions completed)
- Courses where the final course test has been taken and submitted
- Bundle purchases where individual courses have been completed (defined as 100% of lessons marked complete)
- Purchases beyond the 7-day window
